What is the Trade Honours Program?

The Trade Honours Program is the working title for a set of post-trade qualifications designed to provide career and study pathways for qualified tradespeople who are seeking to further their careers.

The program comprises of a range of courses designed to provide a pathway for tradespeople to higher level skills and career opportunities.

The aim of the Trade Honours Program is to target the development of higher skills to enable students to achieve the career goals they desire, while at the same time meeting the higher skills level required by industry.

The roles that trade participants will fill in industry will include:

  • Scheduling and estimating skills
  • Trade business marketing and sales
  • Design and advisory services
